TALENT SCREENING

REQUIREMENT MATCH

We successfully match the candidates’ CVs with the client’s job requirement with enhanced insight into IT Tech stacks and IT skills based on our years of experience and IT knowledge.

REFERENCE CHECKS

We do a minimum of three reference checks per candidate via email or phone call. We request the references to be either the candidate’s direct manager or peers.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Candidates submit a copy of their ID and we verify their identity and citizenship.

CULTURE FIT

We engage with the client to understand their company culture and interact with the candidates to ensure the culture fit.

Employee Equity CLASSIFICATION

We qualify candidates to make sure they comply with EE requirements. (If applicable to the position)

TECHNICAL INTERVIEWS

Candidates are interviewed by our technical consultants to verify their skillset and level of experience before submission to the client.

QUALIFICATION VERIFICATION

Candidates submit all relevant documents and we verify all education/qualifications listed on their CVs.

CREDIT/CRIMINAL CHECKS

We use external credit bureau data providers to do credit/criminal checks on candidates as required.
